What is out of stock? What does “Pre-order 7-14 days” mean? What is preorder? What is the green badge?

In short we stock over 12,000 SKUs, all in stock. However, we know that a lot of different customers need different things. Therefore we also show SKUs that can be ordered but are not in stock, these are shown with a green badge, like below.

This just means we will order directly from brand HQ, it takes an additional 7-14 business days to order. You can still add to cart as normal. Dont forget many SKUs so come back in stock quicker than we can update our site. So always add to cart, checkout and we will check for you.

Please note that any pre-order items that we do not fulfill and that are cancelled will be credited to your credit account only.

◙ Items ordered will often be IN STOCK & OUT OF STOCK (pre-order)
◙ Any order include pre-order SKUs may take 14 days to prep (some brands are longer), MOQ requirements may increase and product may suddenly be unavailable.
◙ Please note we will endevaour to prepare as soon as possible, however delays may occur with orders that contain pre-order SKUs.
◙ Whilst packing, in stock items may become out of stock, due to many orders being processed at the same time. We apologise for this.We highly highly recommend place in stock order and pre-order seperately to avoid any delay. Please note we will NOT be held liable for any delays from pre-order stock since we have 0 control over stock levels. As per our terms of service, if you order is urgent please DO NOT order pre-order items, since the lead time will not suit your order needs.

| **MOQ** | Order must be $2000 and in stock and usually 20pcs per SKU (expect samples). Please note pre-order and in stock orders must both be $2000.
