Will I receive a refund if I refuse delivery of a shipment?

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, if it is refused on delivery due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, Baifumei will not accept responsibility for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

In addition we may, when arises, raise additional invoices due to be paid for additional shipping cost, labour cost,s or other unexpected costs on the shipment.
