How long does shipping take / what is the lead time?

Quick answer:

1. Pack/Prep Goods – Lead time 3-6 days (In stock only)
2. Air Shipment –  Lead time 3-5 days once space is secured. Generally, shipments move on a SAT and arrive SUN.
3. DHL / TNT – Final leg 3-5 days depending on location in Europe.

If you select items in stock (please check the product page for stock amount) lead time is 5-6 days for packing and preparing for export, 3-5 days for shipping, and a further 3-5 days for final delivery (depending on your address.) Pre-Order stock as specified on our site can be an additional 7-14 days and is brand dependent. We will always endeavor to push the brands on stock deliveries to our warehouse.

Our lead time is around 7-10 days for the majority of the brands that are not in stock, while some brands or some products could take longer. However if For example – if one product is not available today and is expected to arrive next week, we may wait till we get it. We are proud to mention that we have the shortest lead time among Korean cosmetics wholesale suppliers.

PLEASE NOTE: During Covid times we will always do our best. However please keep in mind that we are restricted by the airlines, courier companies, shipping freight forwarders, and everyone in between. We understand that when stock orders are placed expectations on delivery are high and immediate but please keep in mind that 95% of airline capacity is currently grounded which does add days to transits. Please do not view transit estimates as promises as shipping is likely to be affected during this time until June-July 2021. We appreciate your patience.
